In early 2021, I was pregnant with my now son, Liam. During the first trimester, I had a vision for how he would be raised as a Vietnamese American; this is how Seattle and Saigon got started. Fast forward to today, he’s almost one year and very curious. So I want to start while he is still young and has him learn the rich Vietnamese culture. I think a great way to start that journey is by sharing with him some of the fruits, vegetables, dishes, special cuisines and crafted products... commonly found throughout Vietnam. We love where we live now in Seattle, we also love where we are from and want to share that with Liam and ultimately with all of you!
We hope this will bring a piece of Vietnam to wherever you may be.
